Wike Reinstates FCT-IRS Chairman, Orders Immediate Resumption
The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has reinstated the Mandate Secretary for Education, Dr. Danlami Hayyo, and the Acting Executive Chairman of the FCT Internal Revenue Service (FCT-IRS), Mr. Michael Ango.
The development was disclosed in a statement issued on Wednesday by the Minister’s Senior Special Assistant on Public Communication and Social Media, Lere Olayinka.
According to the statement, Wike directed both officials to resume duties with immediate effect, while cautioning that acts of indiscipline would not be tolerated within the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA).
